Returns and Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
Our exchange policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer exchanges for the value of your purchase of all items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box. included)
All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge. Please note: PearlGem Designs accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via PearlGem Designs only.
Products purchased through our retail partners must be returned and/or exchanged to that specific retail location. Respective retailer return and exchange policies apply.
