Lengths displayed on are in centimeters.

While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur as each piece is unique. We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee that colors / sizes in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors.

If you have any allergies to any metals/alloys, please contact us for product information. We are not responsible for any reactions you may have to the jewellery as a failure of not obtaining the requisite information.

PearlGem Designs does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, virus free or that defects will be corrected.

PearlGem Designs is not responsible for the accuracy of the information displayed or omitted from the website, including but not limited to, product descriptions, stockists information or any information published or displayed throughout the website.

We take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of our "order online" service, or goods supplied using it, except as required by law, even if we could have foreseen the loss, or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.

The risk of damage to or loss of Goods will pass to the Customer when the Goods are delivered to the customer’s letterbox.

All items are shipped via registered and tracked Australia Post from our Sydney head office.

Delivery Schedule
All orders are sent registered Australia Post with tracking.
Delivery in Sydney - 2-7 days.
Outside of Sydney - up to 10 days.
Since our pieces are handmade the delivery schedule may change and you will be notified of the changes.
Internationally shipping is processed via Australia Post with a tracking number
