Returns and Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot offer exchanges on earrings.

Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Items purchased using promotional discount codes or during sales are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return. Please ensure you choose carefully (This policy does not include our welcome code or automatic cart discount).

We accept exchanges for all items (excluding Earrings) that are unworn, in original condition and packaging.

Eligible items must be shipped within 14 days after the date of purchase.

We do not issue refunds unless an item is deemed defective by us.

If you need to return items because they are defective please contact us within 3 days of receipt of parcel. If you do not contact us within that time, the items will be considered to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on international orders, and will not be entitled to a refund should these fees not be paid.

HOW TO INITIATE A EXCHANGE

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is defective.

We recommend using a return shipping method with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned order, upon inspection, if approved we will exchange your order.

Request a exchange by email us at pearlgemdesigns@hotmail.com. Ensure the parcel contains the original invoice and gift box/pouch.

You will receive an email notification from PearlGem Designs when we receive and process your exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be processed.
