Returns and Exchanges 

RETURN POLICY

 Our exchange policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer exchanges for the value of your purchase of all items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.

 To qualify for a exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box. included)
  • All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge. Please note: PearlGem Designs accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via PearlGem Designs only.
  • Products purchased through our retail partners must be returned and/or exchanged to that specific retail location. Respective retailer return and exchange policies apply. 

Below items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings

  • Custom Designs

If you need to return goods because they are defective other than because of damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of parcel. If you do not contact us within that time, the goods will be considered to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.

You will receive an email notification from PearlGem Designs when we receive and process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be processed.

PearlGem Designs accepts returns or exchanges via Australia Post,FedEx, UPS, and USPS to our address below (ATTN: RETURNS). PearlGem Designs is NOT responsible for lost returns packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. Please address all returns and exchanges to:
