Our exchange policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer exchanges for the value of your purchase of all items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white gift box or Organza bag and sent with a jewellery cleaning cloth. To protect your jewellery during transit we wrap gift box items to prevent movemet and send all orders in a padded envelope.
If you require free gift wrapping please ensure you have ticked the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

Natural Gemstones have inclusions, which appear naturally. Sometimes they can be accidentally mistaken as cracks, but they're actually minerals that have been trapped within the crystal as it has formed. Inclusions are perfectly natural and make each individual crystal unique.
