About your stone:

 Amethyst is a natural tranquiliser, itrelieves stress and strain, soothes irritability, balances mood swings, dispels anger, rage, fear and anxiety. Alleviates sadness and grief, and dissolves negativity. Amethyst activates spiritual awareness, opens intuition and enhances psychic abilities. 

Citrine is associated with positivity and optimism, which is not surprising given its cheerful color. It's often used to assist in manifesting financial abundance and opportunities. It can also be used to awaken the solar plexus chakra, helping to cultivate confidence and personal power.

Peridot is known as the stone of compassion, peridot is believed to bring good health, restful sleep and peace to relationships by balancing emotions and mind. This friendly bright green stone also has the uncanny ability to inspire eloquence and creativity; it also brings delight and good cheer.

Chrome Diopside: This green gemstone is also thought to be able to improve intellect and encourages the desire of one to learn. According to metaphysical beliefs, chrome diopside is used to help alleviate aggression or stubbornness while in turn enhancing love and commitment.

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white gift box or Organza bag and sent with a jewellery cleaning cloth. To protect your jewellery during transit we wrap gift box items to prevent movemet and send all orders in a padded envelope.

If you require free gift wrapping please ensure you have ticked the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Our exchange policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer exchanges for the value of your purchase of all items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.

TO QUALIFY FOR A EXCHANGE

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box. included)
• All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge. Please note: PearlGem Designs accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via PearlGem Designs only.
• Products purchased through our retail partners must be returned and/or exchanged to that specific retail location. Respective retailer return and exchange policies apply.

Below items are non-returnable:

• Earrings- due to current health and safty laws
• Custom made designs

If you need to return goods because they are defective other than because of damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of parcel.If you do not contact us within that time, the goods will be considered to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.

You will receive an email notification from PearlGem Designs when we receive and process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be processed.

PearlGem Designs accepts returns or exchanges via Australia Post,FedEx, UPS, and USPS to our address below (ATTN: RETURNS). PearlGem Designs is NOT responsible for lost returns packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. Please address all returns and exchanges to:

• We process and ship orders via Australia Post from our Sydney office Monday through Friday. 

• Australia Post does no longer leaves a paper card to advise of an attemped delivery.

• Orders for standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
