About your stone:

Aquamarine is a stone of courage. Its calming energies reduce stress and quiet the mind. Aquamarine has an affinity with sensitive people. It can invoke tolerance of others and overcomes judgmentalism, giving support to those overwhelmed by responsibility.

Amazonite is a soothing stone. It calms the brain and nervous system and aids in maintaining optimum health. Balances the masculine and feminine energies.   

In addition to the generic healing properties of Agate and Chalcedony, the Blue Lace Agate variety is a very cooling and calming stone, endowing us with a sense of peace and tranquility. A powerful throat healer, it assists with verbal expression of thoughts and feelings.

Chrysoprase opens, activates and energises the heart and sacral chakras, balances yin-yang energy, and brings Universal energy into the physical body. It induces deep meditative states, and imparts a sense of being a part of the divine whole. Chrysoprase promotes love of truth.  

Larimar is said to enlighten and heal in a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual way. It stimulates the heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras facilitating inner wisdom and outer manifestation. It represents peace and clarity, radiating healing and love energy.

All PearlGem Design pieces are handpicked with love and care.  

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white gift box or Organza bag and sent with a jewellery cleaning cloth. To protect your jewellery during transit we wrap gift box items to prevent movemet and send all orders in a padded envelope.

If you require free gift wrapping please ensure you have ticked the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Our exchange policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer exchanges for the value of your purchase of all items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.

TO QUALIFY FOR A EXCHANGE

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box. included)
• All exchange orders will incur a new shipping, handling and insurance charge. Please note: PearlGem Designs accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly via PearlGem Designs only.
• Products purchased through our retail partners must be returned and/or exchanged to that specific retail location. Respective retailer return and exchange policies apply.

Below items are non-returnable:

• Earrings- due to current health and safty laws
• Custom made designs

If you need to return goods because they are defective other than because of damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of parcel.If you do not contact us within that time, the goods will be considered to have been delivered in good condition and accepted by you.

You will receive an email notification from PearlGem Designs when we receive and process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be processed.

PearlGem Designs accepts returns or exchanges via Australia Post,FedEx, UPS, and USPS to our address below (ATTN: RETURNS). PearlGem Designs is NOT responsible for lost returns packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. Please address all returns and exchanges to:

Shipping and Processing Time

• We process and ship orders via Australia Post from our Sydney office Monday through Friday. 

• Australia Post does no longer leaves a paper card to advise of an attemped delivery.

• Orders for standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

• Delivery time is an estimate only. PearlGem Designs is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

• You will be charged at the time your order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
